ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
TOWN OF LESSOR
The Town of Lessor is requesting a bid for:
- Grinding and blacktopping hot mix on Herman Creek Road, section Bridge to Hwy 156. (approximately ½ mile)
2. Shouldering approximately 3 feet wide on same section of Herman Creek Rd. (town to furnish/pay for
gravel from northeast pit)
- Ditching/widening to 4 rod road on same section of Herman Creek Rd.
All bids should be separate. Sealed bids will be accepted up to bid opening on April 8, 2025 at 5:30 pm in the Lessor Town Hall. Bidder must provide certificate of insurance. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities in the bidding, and to accept the bid deemed in the best interests of the Town.
